What I Stand For

  • Design with absolute purpose and functionality.
  • Translating Levantine heritage into modern physical forms.
  • Uncompromising material quality in every product.
  • Manufacturing at scale without losing the artisan touch.
  • The belief that customers believe what they can hold.

You Cannot Taste a Vision

From Imagination to Material Reality

Ideas are weightless until they are manufactured. A beautiful concept on a presentation slide means nothing if the packaging feels cheap in the customer's hands or if the plate does not frame the food perfectly.

As Chief Production Officer, my responsibility is to bridge the gap between imagination and material reality. I oversee the design, sourcing, and production of everything that carries the Otantik name. From the intricate geometry of our packaging to the custom ceramics on our tables, every physical touchpoint must scream uncompromising quality.

We are not just producing items; we are encoding the DNA of the Levant into physical objects. Modern production often sacrifices soul for speed. Our challenge, and our triumph, is scaling our production globally while maintaining the meticulous craftsmanship of a boutique artisan.

The Geometry of Heritage

Crafting a Tangible Legacy

Heritage is not a museum piece; it must be functional. When we design a product, we look deep into Levantine history—its architecture, its textures, its colors—and we translate that into a modern functional object. It is a delicate balance of honoring the past while designing for the future.

My role is to ensure that when a customer holds an Otantik product, they do not just see a logo; they feel a legacy. We spend months agonizing over the weight of a fork, the grain of a box, and the finish of a surface, because the subconscious mind notices everything.

"A brand isn't what you say it is; it's what the customer touches, tastes, and feels. Production is where the promise becomes real."

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

Design as a Function

It is not just how it looks; it is how it works.

Great design in the hospitality sector is deeply misunderstood. It is often confused with mere decoration. But true product design is entirely functional. If a beautifully designed takeaway box causes the food to lose its heat or texture, the design has failed.

At Otantik, we engineer aesthetics. We force beauty and utility to coexist without compromise, ensuring the product survives the journey to the customer intact.

BRAND INTEGRITY

The Tangible Truth

Customers believe what they hold.

Marketing can tell a compelling story, but the moment of truth happens when the customer interacts with the physical product. Your packaging, your materials, your physical presence—these are the silent ambassadors of your brand.

If you claim to be a luxury brand, but use substandard materials in your production, the customer's hands will expose the lie before their mind even registers it. Material perfection is non-negotiable.

MANUFACTURING

Protecting the Craft

Scaling without losing the artisan soul.

The greatest challenge in global expansion is mass production. How do you produce millions of units while making each one feel like it was crafted by hand? It requires a ruthless vetting of supply chains and manufacturing partners.

We do not accept "industry standard." We push our manufacturers to innovate, developing custom molds and unique finishes that protect the artisanal soul of the Levant, no matter the scale.

"The truth of a brand is found in what the customer touches."
